He found some other minor problems that would cause bigger problems in the future and ordered the necessary supplies. Rather installing two expensive new doors, the installer/repairer (sorry, I forgot his name) did a marvelous job on the old ones, and both doors look good and work perfectly.

They were very professional and did a great job.

The crew was prompt, pleasant, efficient and left the garage as neat as the found it. I am pleased.

We had to wait quite a few months for the doors to come in but that was not Thompson's fault. Thompson also coordinated great with my contractor who was enlarging the opening for our doors so that the doors could be installed as soon as they came in.

We weren't sure what we wanted... style, material, insulation value, etc. Chris remained supportive as we seemed to change our thinking every few days before making our decisions. He kept us informed, gave us a competitive price, and the installation went off as promised. Altogether a great experience.
