Three appointments, first tech said "everything needs to be taken down and redone." When asked to speak to tech Paula said "he's older and doesn't call customers." Second… Read more Three appointments, first tech said "everything needs to be taken down and redone." When asked to speak to tech Paula said "he's older and doesn't call customers." Second tech was sent out after cancelled appt and drilled an incorrect hole ruining a panel. Third tech instances the handle incorrectly. I fixed that mistake. Overall terrible experience.
